- Remark: Dawit Gebreegziabher Girmay is a victim of the illegal mass detentions of ethnic Tigrayans in and around Addis Ababa. He was arrested from his house in Teklehaimanot, Addis Ababa, on 11 November 2021 based on his Tigrayan ethnicity and without any criminal charges. Mr. Dawit graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Addis Ababa University in 2020. He was born in Ahferom (Enticho), Tigray, but grew up in Addis Ababa. He was murdered by Ethiopian security agents in Metahara on 28 November 2021.
