- Remark: Tesfay Weldemariam is a victim of the illegal mass detentions of ethnic Tigrayans in and around Addis Ababa. He was arrested from his house in Addis Ababa sometime in November 2021 based on his Tigrayan ethnicity and without any criminal charges. Mr. Tesfay was detained in the Mizan Tepi concentration camp along with hundreds of other Tigrayans until he died from a lack of medicine inside the prison on 12 January 2022.
